BTSP Awards are regional awards, identifying partners that consistently show high levels of customer satisfaction, through retention of business, along with exceptional support readiness and technical knowledge on Blue Coat products. In addition to September’s award, Braxton Grant also won the Americas BlueTouch Support Partner of the Year Award for 2016!
